Q Where is DecorADDA based and where are the products shipped from?

A: We started our journey in Oct 2020 based out of Nahar Amrit Shakti Complex, Chandivali, Mumbai.

From July 2021 we have shifted our base to NIBM Road, Pune. This shift has helped us to optimize our costs and continue to provide great value prices.

We continue to have a smaller warehouse facility in Mumbai and our products are currently shipped from both Pune and Mumbai.

Q Is shipping Free? Is cash on delivery available? What is the return policy? 

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above Rs. 149. Cash on Delivery is available for all products at a nominal COD Fee which varies as per product.

We use only the best express couriers - FedEx, Delhivery, Xpreesbees & Ecom Express for all our deliveries.
